摘要
短跑运动的爆发力训练是身体素质训练的重要方面,其爆发力的好坏直接决定着短跑成绩,因此通过各种方法挖掘运动员的爆发力潜能,促进身体素质与技术动作的最佳组合是运动员竞技能力提升的因素。本文首先探究了爆发力对于短跑运动员的重要作用,而后运动员对于技术的认知、爆发力的技术训练、爆发力的专项训练方法这三个方面阐述高水平运动员的爆发力训练。
Power training is an important part of body fitness training for sprinters that influences sport performance.The key factor of improving athletic performance lies in the promotion of combination between body fitness and skills through exploring the power ability of athletes in different ways.This paper begins with the importance of power for sprinters,and then it illustrates the power training of elite athletes from the following aspects:skill cognition,skill training for power,and specific training for power.
