Research on the Status and Promotion Strategies of PE Teachers Occupational Attraction in Primary and Secondary Schools

中小学体育老师职业吸引力关系到体育老师队伍的人才补充和在职体育教师的工作状态,关乎学校体育教育质量的提升与和谐校园体育文化的建设。提升中小学体育老师职业吸引力,有助于中小学体育教师自我价值的实现,也促进学校体育的和谐发展。本文分析了当下中小学体育老师职业吸引力现状,并在此基础上提出提升中小学体育老师职业吸引力的对策,希望给体育老师职业发展和学校体育研究提供理论参考和研究思路。

The occupational attraction of primary and secondary school physical education teachers is related to the talent supplement of teaching resources and working state of the in-service teachers,which concerns with school sports education quality improvement and the need of building a harmonious campus sports culture.The promotion of occupational attraction is helpful in realizing teachers'self-worth and harmonious development of school PE.This paper analyzes the status of primary and secondary school teachers occupational attraction,and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures,hoping to provide theoretical references and research thoughts for physical education teacher career development and school PE research.
