我国体育教师归属感缺失的表征、成因及形成机制研究

摘要 体育教师是我国教师队伍的重要组成部分,但其归属感的缺失在一定程度上制约了他们专业发展的进程。为了提高我国体育教师的归属感,本文以体育教师归属感缺失的表征、成因以及形成机制为研究对象,并运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对其进行了探析。结果表明,我国体育教师归属感缺失的表征为:(1)体育教师队伍流动性较大,主动离职现象较严峻;(2)在校人际关系不太融洽。这诸多现象主要由以下几个方面因素造成:其一,工资福利与体育教师的心理期望存在落差;其二,体育教师的社会地位不高;其三,体育教师在学校文化活动中的参与程度不够等。基于此,本文提出了促进体育教师归属感形成的机制:予以政策倾斜,提高体育教师的职业荣誉感;摆脱功利主义束缚,提升自我修养;创建生活共同体,培养团队凝聚力。 Physical education teachers are an important part of Chinese teachers,while the lack of belonging sense,to a certain extent,restricts their professional development process.In order to improve the sense of belonging of physical education teachers in China,this paper takes this problem as the research object,and uses literature,logical analysis and other research methods to explore it.The results show that the lack of sense of belonging of physical education teachers in China is characterized by:(1)the mobility of physical education teachers is greater,the fact of active turnover is serious;(2)the interpersonal relationship in school is not very harmonious.These phenomena are mainly caused by the following factors:firstly,there is a gap between wages and welfare and the expectations of physical education teachers;secondly,the social status of physical education teachers is not high;thirdly,the participation of physical education teachers in school cultural activities is not enough.This paper puts forward a mechanism to promote the formation of PE teachers'sense of belonging,that is,to give preferential policies to improve PE teachers'sense of professional honor;to get rid of the shackles of utilitarianism,and to enhance self-cultivation;as well as to create a community of life,and to cultivate team cohesion.
