摘要
本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地调查法等研究方法对黑龙江省新亚布力滑雪场滑雪指导员队伍进行调查研究。结果显示:男女滑雪指导员比例、年龄结构及文化程度差异较大;多数指导员都属于无证上岗;由于雪场管理人管理松散,导致滑雪指导员的出导率下降,影响了雪场产业的发展。建议包括:应对滑雪指导员设置"门槛",扩招女指导员,并进行阶段性专业技术培训、理论的学习以及实践考核,提高指导员整体素质。管理者应严格的按照相关的规章制度制约指导员,并要求指导员从自身做起,调整练习滑雪和学习滑雪理论的时间,提高自身的滑雪专业技术水平以及自身道德品质的修养;通过组织举办运动会等传播滑雪旅游文化,并通过媒体及网络宣传提高雪场的客源。本文旨在提高新亚布力滑雪场的产业效益,为管理人员提供理论参考。
This paper investigates and studies the team of ski instructors in new Yabulli ski resort in Heilongjiang province by means of literature,interview and field investigation.The results show that there is a large difference in the proportion of male and female ski instructors,age structure and cultural degree;most instructors are undocumented;because of the loose management of snow field managers,the decline of the lead rate of ski instructors has affected the development of snow field industry.Suggestions include:setting standard for instructors,expanding female instructors,and carrying out periodically professional technical training,theoretical study and practical assessment to improve the overall quality.Managers should strictly restrict the instructors in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations,and ask the instructors to start from themselves to adjust skiing practice time and theory learning,enhances ski skills and moral quality.Organizing winter sports events to spread the tourism culture of ski,and promoting customers of the snowfield through media and network publicity.The purpose of this paper is to improve the industrial benefit of skiing in the new Yabli ski resort and provide theoretical reference for managers.
