摘要
随着体育事业的发展,教练员已成为高压力职业,教练员焦虑情绪主要来源于运动成绩、队员和社会层面。通过文献的查阅总结出缓解教练员焦虑情绪的方法:建立教练员上岗培训、配备心理辅导师、更新教练员与运动员关系等。希望本文能给教练员提供帮助,有助于教练员缓解焦虑情绪。
With the development of the sport,coaching is becoming a highly stressful job.The anxiety of the coaches mainly comes from sports performance,athletes and society.By reviewing the literature,the ways to relieve anxiety is concluded as follows:to establish the coach induction training system,to set up counseling staffs,to renew the relationship of coaches and athletes,tec.It is hoped that this article can help the coaches to relieve anxiety.
