南京市青少年体育俱乐部发展实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Development of Youth Sports Clubs in Nanjing

运用文献资料的方法,梳理了南京市青少年俱乐部在俱乐部组织体制、经营项目设置、会员组成结构、俱乐部管理师资等存在不平衡不充分的现状,产生该结构的原因主要国家对俱乐部扶持缺乏连续性、会员来源单一化、俱乐部管理师资培训少等。对策:强化青少年体育俱乐部管理制度、提高服务质量吸引更多学员、加强师资培训等。

By using the method of literature,the present development structure of Nanjing youth clubs in club organization system,business project setting,membership structure and club management teaching resources are not fully balanced.The main reasons for this structure include insufficient continuous support from the government,single member sources,as well as not enough training for managers and trainers.Countermeasures:strengthening the management system of youth sports clubs,improving service quality to attract more students,as well as strengthening teaching resource training.
