当下学校教育主要以提高学生的基本素质为教育的根本宗旨。中国传统射箭项目在近十余年的复兴中,因其丰富的教育内涵和身体锻炼效果,受到部分大学与中学的重视。这个项目虽然断层很久,但其在中国古代学校历史上曾产生了重要的教育意义。总结中国传统射箭在古代学校的发展,试图找出一些适合当今体育教育发展的东西,寻找真正适合学生身心发展的素质教育。

The ultimate purpose of current school education is to improve students'basic qualities.For its rich educational connotations and fitness effects,traditional Chinese archery is popular among some college and middle school students after more then10years revive.After being forgotten for a long time,it still showed educational significance in ancient school education history.This paper concludes the development of traditional archery in ancient schools,and tries to seek out some values that fits contemporary physical education to make contributions for real quality education that meet the needs of students'mental and physical development.
