摘要
文章采用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,利用功能动作筛查(FMS)系统对中国人民大学网球队12名运动员进行测试,评价该高校网球队运动员功能动作质量,提出针对性的训练方法,以改善功能动作质量、降低损伤风险、提高运动表现的目的。研究结果表明:(1)中国人民大学网球队FMS得分为16. 5±1. 7分,大部分队员得分偏低,仍存在一定损伤风险。女队员的功能动作质量优于男队员,且女队员的主动直膝抬腿得分显著高于男队员,而男队员的躯干稳定俯卧撑得分显著高于女队员(P <0.05);(2)该队队员左右侧不对称现象较为明显,总体表现为右侧优于左侧;(3)男队员的踝关节、髋关节、左侧肩关节以及胸椎的灵活性较差,小腿三头肌、腘绳肌、髂胫束、臀大肌的柔韧性较差,但核心区稳定性较好,而女队员的核心区稳定性较差,各关节的灵活性、肌群的柔韧性较好。建议采取泡沫轴滚动、静力牵拉的方式来提高柔韧性、改善灵活性,采取力量训练等方式来提高薄弱环节的肌力,以消除不对称、提高稳定性。
This article uses the literature material,test,mathematical statistics and logic analysis method to test12tennis players in Renmin University with FMS.The aim is to assess the functional movement quality of the tennis players in the university,put forward corresponding training methods,so as to improve the functional movement quality,reduce the risk of injury and improve athletic performance.The results of the study show that:(1)the FMS score of the tennis team in people's University of China is16.5+/-1.7,and most of the team members score low with risks of injury.The female movement quality of the is better than that of male,and women take the initiative to the straight leg knee score is significantly higher than male,and male trunk stable push-ups score significantly higher than that of female(P<0.05);(2)the left-right side asymmetry of the team members is obvious,and the overall performance of right side is better than the left side;(3)the agility of ankle,hip,left shoulder joint and thoracic vertebra,as well as the flexibility of lower leg triceps,hamstrings,the iliotibial band,glutes flexibility are poor among males,while their core stability performs better;meanwhile,female players are with poorer core stability,but performs better on joint agility and muscle flexibility.It is suggested that foam rollers and static stretching could be used to improve flexibility and agility,and strength training be used to enhance weak muscles.The aim is to eliminate the asymmetry and improve the stability.
