摘要
铝合金产品种类众多,主要广泛应用于加工制造业方面。但从目前我国加工制造业的水平来看,零件的加工技术还不是很成熟,因受到材料本身性质和切削工具等因素的影响,铝合金材料在加工过程中很容易出现变形,影响了产品质量,严重的甚至直接报废,这在我国加工制造业中是一种常见现象,这严重制约了我国加工制造业的转型升级。在对铝合金材料进行加工时,要使用切削液对零件进行冷却。本文对铝合金的加工变形成因进行了详细分析,并对铝合金加工变形的控制措施提出了合理的对策,以供人们参考。
There are many kinds of aluminum alloy products,which are widely used in manufacturing industry.However,from the current level of China’s processing and manufacturing industry,parts processing technology is still not very mature,because of the nature of the material itself and cutting tools and other factors,aluminum alloy materials in the process of processing is prone to deformation,affecting product quality,serious or even directly scrapped.This is a common phenomenon in China’s processing manufacturing industry,which seriously restricts the transformation and upgrading of China’s processing manufacturing industry.When processing aluminium alloy materials,cutting fluid should be used to cool the parts.In this paper,the causes of deformation of aluminum alloy processing are analyzed in detail,and the reasonable measures for controlling deformation of aluminum alloy processing are put forward for reference.
