摘要
煤矿安全风险预控管理体系,其基本方法是运用风险预控思想,通过系统化带动程序化,通过程序化带动标准化,通过标准化带动煤矿符合安全生产技术条件,从而防止发生严重的风险,确保煤矿能够安全生产、健康持续发展。
The basic method of coal mine safety risk pre-control management system is to use risk pre-control idea,to drive routinization through systematization,to drive standardization through routinization,and to drive the coal mine to meet the technical requirements of safety production through standardization,so as to prevent serious risks and ensure the safety and health of coal mine.
