本文以变电站维修工作为中心对变电站设备的日常维修展开了讨论,发现变电站设备的日常维修在制度、人员、体系、素质等方面均存在问题,对这些问题进行了详细分析并提出了合理的解决对策:第一,提升变电站设备日常维修人员的业务水平。第二,与电力企业建立合作机制。第三,建立变电站设备日常维修工作的新体系。第四,完善变电站设备日常维修工作的管理系统。

This paper discusses the routine maintenance of substation equipment centering on substation maintenance work,and finds out that there are problems in the system,personnel,system and quality of substation equipment routine maintenance,and analyzes these problems in detail and puts forward reasonable countermeasures:First,upgrade substation installation daily maintenance personnel’s business level.Second,establish cooperation mechanism with power enterprises.Third,establish a new system for routine maintenance of substation equipment.Fourth,improve the daily maintenance work management system of substation equipment.
