西黄胶囊预防放射性直肠炎的临床研究

Clinical study of xihuang capsule in preventing radiation proctitis

为探讨西黄胶囊对放射性直肠损伤的预防作用,选取2017年1月—12月分期Ⅱb-IIIb期宫颈癌同步放化疗病人,随机分为对照组(41例)和实验组(43例),对照组采用同步放化疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上联合西黄胶囊治疗,比较两组病人放射性直肠炎的发生率及直肠炎的等级。结果:对照组19例(19/41,46. 3%)发生放射性直肠炎,高于实验组的10例(10/43,23. 3%)(P <0. 05);对照组发生放射性直肠炎的等级高于实验组(P <0. 05)。结论:西黄胶囊可降低放射性直肠炎的发生率和直肠炎等级。本研究西黄胶囊用于宫颈癌放疗中,在不降低疗效的同时降低了放射性直肠炎的发生率和发生级别,提高了病人的生活质量,达到了预期目的。但能否在大样本的长期研究中获益,值得进一步研究。

To investigate the preventive effect of xihuang Capsule on radiation rectal injury.From January2017to December2017,patients with stage IIb-IIIb cervical cancer undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group(41cases)and experimental group(43cases).The control group was treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The experimental group was treated with xihuang Capsule on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The incidence and straightness of radiation proctitis were compared between the two groups.Results:19cases(19/41,46.3%)in the control group had radiation proctitis,which was higher than10cases(10/43,23.3%)in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the grade of radiation proctitis in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:xihuang capsule can reduce the incidence of proctitis and the grade of radiation proctitis.In this study,xihuang capsule was used in cervical cancer radiotherapy,which not only reduced the curative effect,but also reduced the incidence and occurrence level of radiation proctitis,improved the quality of life of patients,and achieved the desired purpose.However,the number of cases is relatively small and the observation time is relatively short.Whether it can benefit from the long-term study of large samples is worth further study.
