重庆市一般社区居民和温泉消费者对温泉的认知调查

A survey on hot spring-related knowledge among general community residents and hot spring consumers from Chongqing

摘要 目的为了解重庆市一般社区居民和温泉消费者对温泉的认知程度,为温泉与健康融合提供参考。方法根据重庆市社区广场及温泉服务中心的分布,随机各选取2个具有代表性的社区广场及温泉服务中心作为调查地点,采用方便抽样对调查地点的人群共336人进行问卷调查。按照调查对象近1年内进行温泉水浴的次数分为一般社区居民组及温泉消费者组。采用自制问卷(调查对象基本情况、温泉水质认知情况、温泉医疗保健认知情况、温泉水浴安全认知情况及对温泉企业的建议5个方面)调查重庆市一般社区居民及温泉消费者对温泉的认知情况。结果 2组调查对象在性别构成、文化程度、健康状况等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在年龄段分布、职业、年收入、平均每年进行温泉水浴的次数等方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。关于"目前温泉企业尚未按照医疗作用对温泉分类""温泉水浴的适宜温度"及"影响温泉资源安全利用的因素"等题目,温泉消费者组的正确回答率均高于一般社区居民组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。回归结果表明,调查对象的文化程度、年收入及平均每年进行温泉水浴的次数是影响调查对象对温泉认知程度的3个因素(P<0.05)。结论重庆市一般社区居民和温泉消费者对温泉的认知均较差。因此,应采用新型的宣传方式,加大对温泉的宣传力度,扩大温泉的知名度和影响力,同时可根据居民的文化程度、经济收入以及温泉水浴频率等开展针对性宣传,以提高居民对温泉的认知程度。 Objective To investigate the awareness of hot spring-related knowledge among general community residents and hot spring consumers from Chongqing,which may offer insights into hot spring-health integration.Methods According to the distribution of community squares and hot spring service centers in Chongqing,2representative community squares and2hot spring centers were randomly selected for this survey.Based on convenience sampling,a total of336participants were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire.Participants were classified into general community residents group and hot spring consumers group according to the frequency of hot spring baths within the previous year.The questionnaire consisted of five domains,including general information,awareness of hot spring water quality,awareness of hot spring healthcare,awareness of hot spring baths safety,and suggestions for hot spring service providers.Results The general community residents group and the hot spring consumers group were comparable in terms of gender distribution,educational background,and health status(P>0.05),but significant differences were found in terms of age distribution,occupation,annual income,and average annual frequency of hot spring baths(P<0.05).When answering the questions about"absence of hot spring classification according to its medical effects""appropriate temperature for hot spring baths"and"factors influencing safe use of hot spring resources",significantly more respondents in the hot spring consumers group provided correct answers compared with those in the general community residents group(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that,educational background,annual income and average annual frequency of hot spring baths were significant factors affecting the awareness of hot spring(P<0.05).Conclusion Both general community residents and hot spring consumers from Chongqing have a poor understanding of hot spring.Thus,it is important to adopt new ways of education,strengthen publicity,and enhance awareness;meanwhile based on the influencing factors of educational background,annual income and frequency of hot spring baths,targeted publicity and education may be performed to improve the awareness of hot spring among residents.
