考虑产出滞后性的北京市农业科技DEA效率分析 被引量:1

摘要 科技是农业快速发展的重要支撑。首先对北京市农业科技产出的滞后时间进行测算,并根据滞后期计算得到北京市农业科技产出的实际产出值。然后,基于农业科技的直接产出与间接产出视角,利用增加滞后因素的DEA模型对北京市2000—2016年的农业科技直接产出与间接产出分别进行DEA效率测算,并分别与未考虑滞后期的北京市农业科技DEA效率进行对比分析。结果表明,北京市农业科技DEA效率在整体上是规模有效与技术有效的,部分年份农业科技DEA效率处于无效状态的原因为规模效率的无效。最后,提出了相关发展建议。 Science and technology is an important support for the rapid development of agriculture.This paper first calculated the lag time of agricultural science and technology output in Beijing,and calculated its actual output value according to the lag time.Then,based on the perspectives of direct and indirect output of agricultural science and technology,the DEA efficiency of direct and indirect output of agricultural science and technology in Beijing from 2000 to 2016 was calculated by using DEA model with added lag factor,and the DEA efficiency of agricultural science and technology in Beijing was compared with that of Beijing without considering the lag time.The results showed that the DEA efficiency of agricultural science and technology in Beijing was scale-effective and technology-effective on the whole,and the reason why the DEA efficiency of agricultural science and technology was in an invalid state in some years was the invalidation of scale efficiency.Finally,some development suggestions were put forward.
