基于区域和知识差异的大城市居民肉类消费分析——以北京市为例 被引量:1

Meat Consumption of Residents in Large Cities Based on Regional and Knowledge Differences——A Case Study of Beijing

摘要 基于2016年北京市多辖区内实地调研,运用计量模型对城镇居民肉类消费区域及知识差异等影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,北京市城镇居民肉类消费区域差异显著,东城区人均肉类消费量最高,海淀区最低;城镇居民肉类及猪肉、牛肉消费总量具有区域差异;户主的年龄、收入水平、教育水平、家庭常住人口数和家中学生人口数分别对不同辖区的肉类消费有显著影响。 Based on the field research in multiple districts of Beijing in 2016,this paper used the econometric model to make empirical analysis on the influencing factors such as the area of meat consumption and the differences of knowledge among urban residents.The results showed that there was a significant difference in meat consumption among urban residents in Beijing,with the highest per capita meat consumption in Dongcheng district and the lowest in Haidian district.The total amount of meat,pork and beef consumption by urban residents were regional differences.The age,income,education level,the number of residents and students of the family had significant influence on meat consumption in different districts.
