上海市城镇居民水果消费特征调查分析及展望 被引量:4

摘要 通过调查问卷形式,了解上海市民水果消费水平和消费习惯,对于上海水果产业布局和以上海市场为目标市场的生产者、经营者和商家都有重要的指导意义。基于实地调研,有针对性地分析了上海市水果消费特征,如购买力、购买类型、购买渠道、倾向性、依赖性、满意度等问题。结果显示,水果消费已经成为上海家庭生活中不可替代的消费类型,家庭每周水果消费量3.69 kg,人均水果消费额为41元/周。上海市居民在购买水果时更倾向于购买超市水果。由于对本地产水果的质量和价格满意度较高,绝大多数市民倾向于购买本地产水果。在被访家庭中,仅49%的家庭水果消费量达到膳食指南标准,平均每标准人日水果消费量为173 g,低于膳食指南最低标准200 g,表明上海水果消费市场还有较大的发展空间。未来应通过合理的产业布局和完善的市场监管体系,引导水果消费向更加合理的营养健康水平发展。 The consumption level and consumption habits of Shanghai residents were surveyed through questionnaires,which were important to Shanghai fruit industry and to producers,operators and businessmen.Based on the field investigation,we analyzed the consumption characteristics such as purchasing power,purchasing types,purchasing channels,propensity,dependence and satisfaction of Shanghai residents.The results showed that fruit consumption has become irreplaceable in the daily life of Shanghai's family.The weekly fruit consumption was 3.69 kg per family and41yuan per capita.Shanghai residents were more inclined to buy fruit in the supermarket.Due to the high level of satisfaction with the quality and price of local fruits,the vast majority of residents tended to buy local fruits.Among the respondents,only 49 percent of the family's fruit consumption reached the dietary guidelines,and the average fruit consumption per capita standard per day was 173g,which was lower than the minimum dietary standard of 200g,indicating that there was still much room for the development of Shanghai fruit consumption market.In the future,we should guide the development of fruit consumption to a more reasonable level of nutrition and health through a reasonable industrial layout and a sound market supervision system.
