水溶性聚苯胺的制备方法腐蚀机理及缓蚀性能研究进展

摘要 综述了近年来水溶性聚苯胺制备方法的研究进展,介绍了聚苯胺的防腐机理。试验结果表明,自制的水溶性聚苯胺对碳钢在盐酸溶液中具有比较明显的缓蚀作用,缓蚀率可达70%以上。 The research progress of the preparation methods of water-soluble polyaniline in recent years was reviewed,and the anticorrosion mechanism of polyaniline was introduced.In addition,the experimental results showed that the house-made water-soluble polyaniline had obvious corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel in hydrochloric acid solution,and that the corrosion inhibition rate was more than70%.
