摘要
对15家炼化企业加氢装置循环氢系统腐蚀现状进行了调研和总结,从典型案例出发,剖析了影响循环氢系统腐蚀的主要因素及其腐蚀机理,从工艺设计、工艺操作、设备防护、监检测4个方面探究了相应的防护策略,提出了以完善新氢氢源提纯设施、优化循环氢系统脱液等工艺防腐为主,材质升级、优化监检测为辅的具体防腐措施。
The corrosion situation of hydrogenation unit’s recycling hydrogen system in 15 refineries was investigated and summarized. Based on typical cases,the main factors affecting the corrosion of recycling hydrogen system and the corrosion mechanism were analyzed. The corresponding protection strategies were explored from the aspects of process design,process operation,equipment protection and monitoring,and detailed countermeasures were put forward.The anti-corrosion measures includedoptimization of hydrogen source purification and dehydration of circulating hydrogen,supplemented by upgrading in material and monitoring.
