摘要
针对加氢装置换热器结垢腐蚀问题进行了研究,利用XRF、元素分析仪等分析黑色物质的组成,并从形成机理、物料来源等方面分析原因,提出了有效解决加氢装置换热器结垢腐蚀问题的措施。
The scaling and corrosion problems of heat exchanger in a hydrogenation unit at Sinopec Tianjin Branch were studied.The composition of black substance was analyzed by XRF and elemental analyzer.The causes were investigated from the aspects of formation mechanism and material sources,and countermeasures that could effectively solve the scaling and corrosion problems were put forward.
