摘要
基于Cahn-Hilliard方程的相场方法,通过流场和电场的耦合作用,建立了匀强电场下分散相液滴聚结行为模型,从微观角度研究液滴聚结过程中电场力规律和流场分布情况,探讨了液滴聚结过程的机理,采用数值模拟研究了电场强度、液滴直径和液滴间距对液滴聚结的影响。结果表明,电场强度越大,液滴直径越大,液滴间距越小,液滴聚结时间越短,为电脱盐中电聚结技术提供了理论基础。
A model of droplet coalescence behavior in dispersed phase under uniform electric field was established by coupling the flow field and electric field,based on the phase field method of Cahn-Hilliard equation.The electric field force and the distribution of flow field in the process of droplet coalescence were studied from the microscopic perspective.The mechanism of droplet coalescence and the effects of electric field intensity,droplet diameter and droplet spacing on droplet coalescence were studied by numerical simulation.It was shown that the higher the electric field intensity,the bigger the droplet diameter,the smaller the distance between droplets and the shorter the time required for dropletsto coalesce,providing theoretical basis for the electro-coalescence technology in electro-desalination.
