摘要 应用基于可靠性模型的RAM分析技术,在收集设备检维修历史数据、建立装置系统可靠性逻辑关系模型、制定关键管理绩效指标(KPI)及明确生产经营经济数据等基础上,开展了某常减压蒸馏装置系统可靠性、可利用性、可维护性和维护管理策略分析,确定影响装置可靠性、可利用性的设备和设备故障导致经济损失的大小等,并结合分析结果进行了设备维护管理策略和备件库存方案的优化,从而降低风险,节省成本,管控设备故障,避免设备事故发生,促进装置安全长周期运行。 Using the RAM analysis technology based on the reliability model,the strategy for the reliability,availability and maintainability of an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit system wasanalyzed,on the basis of collecting the historical data of equipment maintenance,establishing the logical relationship model of system reliability,formulating the key management performance index(KPI)and defining the economic data of production and operation.The magnitude of economic losses caused by equipment failures and instruments affecting the reliability and availability of the unit was estimated.The strategy of equipment maintenance management and spare parts inventory was optimized to reduce risks,save cost,control equipment failures,avoid equipment accidents,and guarantee the safe and long-term operation of the unit.
