摘要
通过对RCM理论和FMEA分析方法的学习,对典型装置机泵维修方式的选择进行了初步解析,提出了依据机泵风险和重要性等级的维修策略,为指导炼化企业机泵维修策略的选择和确保装置长周期运行方面提出了指导建议。
Via the study of RCM theory and FMEA analysis method,the selection of pump maintenance modes for typical units was analyzed,and the maintenance strategies based on pump risk and importance level were put forward,which could guide the selection of pump maintenance strategies for refining enterprises and ensure the long-term operation of units.
