Formulation Selection of 5.7% Emamectin Benzoate Suspension

甲维盐是一种环保低毒的生物杀虫剂,符合现代农药市场。本文使用流点法、黏度曲线法等方法对助剂进行筛选,同时结合悬浮剂性能指标成功制备出5.7%甲维盐水悬浮剂。结果表明:5.7%甲维盐水悬浮剂的配方为:5.7%甲维盐,2%2500,3%LT-SCP3,4%尿素,0.25%C-39-1,1%硅酸镁铝,0.2%消泡剂,0.1%S-30,水补至100%。由悬浮剂的指标性能检测得该制剂流动性与入水分散性均合格,热贮后的悬浮率高于90%。本研究可为未来产业化生产提供相应的依据。

Emamectin benzoate is an environmentally friendly and low-toxic biocide that meets the modern pesticide market.In this paper,the auxiliaries were screened by means of flow point method,viscosity curve method,etc.,and 5.7% of the visceral saline suspension was successfully prepared in combination with the suspension performance index.The results showed that the formula of 5.7% Emamectin benzoate suspension was:5.7% Emamectin benzoate,2% 2500,3% LT-SCP3,4% urea,0.25% C-39-1,1% magnesium aluminum silicate,0.2 % defoamer,0.1% S-30,water to 100%.The fluidity and water dispersibility of the preparation were all qualified by the index performance of the suspending agent,and the suspension rate after heat storage was higher than 90%.This study can provide a corresponding basis for industrial production in the future.
