双组分水性塑胶漆配方的制备与评价研究

Research of Preparation and Evaluation of 2K Waterborne Plastic Paint formulation

针对不同的塑胶底材,系统的研究了双组分水性塑胶漆的配方制备与评价,探究了不同的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体树脂和助剂的选用对于塑胶漆漆膜的影响,结果表明:使用低羟值的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体用作底涂,中高羟值的水性羟基丙烯酸分散体用作面涂,应该选择合适的固化剂,通过高分子型分散剂、有机硅型流平剂和聚脲防沉剂的合理搭配,能够制备高附着力,高化学耐性和机械性的塑胶漆涂膜。

The fo rmulation and evaluation of 2 K waterborne plastic paint were studied for different plastic base materials.The effects of different waterborne hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersions and additives on the paint film was investigated.The results show that:a hydroxy acrylic dispersion with low hydroxyl value is used as the base coat,and hydroxyl value are used as surface coating.Suitable curing agent should be selected.Through the reasonable combination of polymer dispersant,organosilicon leveling agent and polyurea anti-sediment agent,the plastic coating film with high adhesion,high chemical resistance and mechanical properties can be prepared.
