摘要
本文通过加热提取法提取出中药熟地黄的有效成分,并采取分光光度法研究了不同浓度熟地黄提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果发现,熟地黄提取物对酪氨酸酶活性具有明显的抑制作用,并和提取物浓度呈正相关,其酪氨酸酶半数抑制率IC50为4.28mg/mL。
In this article,the author extracted the effective ingredients of rehmannia glutinosa with heating extraction method and used the spectrophotometric method to research the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of rehmannia glutinosa on tyrosinase.The results showed that the radix rehmanniae praeparata had the obvious inhibition on tyrosinase,and the half inhibition on tyrosinase(IC50)was 4.28 mg/mL.
