The Clinical Experience of Professor Hu Yuanhui in Treating Chronic Heart Failure from Dampness

慢性心力衰竭多见胸闷,气短和水肿等临床表现,是多种心血管疾病终末期的发展阶段。胡元会是中国中医科学院广安门医院教授,从事中医临床30余年,治疗慢性心衰有丰富的临床经验。本文从慢性心力衰竭的病机,临床表现,常用方法及临床病案运用介绍胡元会诊治慢性心力衰竭的经验,为临床治疗慢性心力衰竭提供了参考。

Chronic heart failure(CHF)is characterized by chest tightness,shortness of breath,edema and other clinical manifestations.It is the terminal stage of many cardiovascular diseases.Professor Hu Yuanhui is the professor of Guang'anmen Hospital,Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine.He has been engaged in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years.He has rich clinical experience in treating chronic heart failure.This article introduces Professor Hu Yuanhui's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure from its pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,common methods and clinical records,which provides a reference for the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.
