活血柔筋、搜风通络法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Activating Blood Circulation and Soft Tendons as well as Searching the Wind and Clearing the Collaterals Method in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

目的观察活血柔筋、搜风通络法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法将300例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为3组,3组患者基础治疗相同。治疗组(甲组)以复方芎蝎胶囊每次2 g,归蛇活血胶囊每次1.4 g,每日3次口服;对照组(乙组)以血塞通软胶囊每次3粒、每日3次口服;对照组(丙组)以盐酸氟桂利嗪每次10 mg、每日1次,肠溶阿斯匹林100 mg晚服、每日1次。3组均连续服用4周,观察3组药物对椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床症状、体征、椎动脉供血的影响,并对比分析。结果治疗组总有效率94%,乙组总有效率72%,丙组总有效率74%,3组总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。3组治疗后神经功能缺损评分与本组治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论活血柔筋、搜风通络法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,可改善患者的生活、学习、工作质量,疗效可靠,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of activating blood circulation and soft tendons as well as searching the wind and clearing the collaterals method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods 300 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into three groups.The basic treatment of the three groups of patients was the same;the treatment group(group A)was treated with compound sputum capsules each time 2g combined with Huoxuehuoxue capsules for 1.4 g each time,3 times a day;the control group(group B)with Xuesaitong soft capsules.The third time,3 times a day orally;the control group(Group C)with flunarizine hydrochloride 10mg each time,once a day,enteric-coated aspirin 100mg evening service,once a day.All three groups were treated for four weeks.The effects of three groups of drugs on clinical symptoms,signs and vertebral artery blood supply of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate was 94%in the treatment group,72%in the group B and 72%in the group C.The total effective rate of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.The scores of neurological deficits in the three groups were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The activating blood circulation and soft tendons as well as searching the wind and clearing the collaterals method for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery can improve people's life,study and work quality.
