平肝活血方治疗肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Pinggan Huoxue Decoction in Treating Liver Stagnation Insomnia with Hypomnesia

目的研究平肝活血方治疗肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月—2017年7月收治的80例失眠症伴记忆衰退患者,抽取40例作为对照组,另外40例作为观察组。对照组采用中成药乌灵胶囊治疗,观察组采用平肝活血方治疗。对比治疗前后睡眠质量评分、相关电位P300认知电位改善情况。结果治疗前及治疗后2周睡眠质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后4周及6周观察组均低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后观察组和对照组P300各波峰潜伏期对比差异较大,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);而波幅无明显差异,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),即观察组在改善潜伏期方面明显优于对照组。结论平肝活血方治疗肝郁瘀阻型失眠症伴记忆力减退具有显著效果,能使治疗效果得到提升,改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Pinggan Huoxue decoction in the treatment of liver depression,insomnia,and memory loss.Methods We selected 80 patients with insomnia associated with memory decline from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital.Forty patients were selected as the control group,and 40 patients were selected as the observation group according to the pairing principle.The control group was treated with Wuling capsule,and the observation group was treated with Pinggan Huoxue prescription.The quality of sleep and scores of related potential P300 were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in sleep quality scores before and after 2 weeks of treatment.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).At 4 and 6 weeks after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a significant difference in latency between the peaks of the P300 in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in amplitude between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),ie,the observation group was obviously better than the control group in the incubation period.Conclusion Pinggan Huoxue decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of liver insomnia and insomnia with memory loss,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of sleep.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
