某民办高校大学生心理亚健康状况及其影响因素的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of mental sub-health status and its influencing factors in a private college student

目的调查分析大学生心理亚健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用便利整群抽样的方法,抽取某民办高校大学生1 500人进行亚健康状况问卷调查。结果 1 500名调查对象中心理健康者1 002名,占66.8%;心理亚健康者498人,占33.2%。将筛选出的心理健康大学生为对照组,以处于心理亚健康的大学生为试验组,探讨影响大学生心理亚健康的主要相关因素,结果显示:寝室关系、专业认可度、业余爱好、性格、不良嗜好(吸烟、酗酒)、集体活动以及是否接受心理咨询和就业认可度等均为心理健康的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论针对民办高校大学生开展心理亚健康以及影响因素调查,能有效确保采取针对性干预措施来保障大学生的身心健康发展。

Objective To investigate and analyze the mental sub-health status and its influencing factors of a private college student.Methods a convenient cluster sampling method was adopted,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1500 college students in private universities for sub-health status.Results Among 1500 subjects,1002(66.8%)were mental health,498(33.2%)were Sub-mental health.The selected college students with mental health were taken as control group and those with Sub-mental health as experimental group.A rigorous case control study was conducted to explore the main factors influencing the mental sub-health of college students,the results showed that dormitory relationship,professional acceptance,hobbies,personality,bad habits(smoking,alcoholism),collective activities and whether to accept psychological counseling and employment acceptance were all important factors affecting mental health(P<0.05).Conclusion The investigation of mental sub-health and its influencing factors can effectively ensure that private colleges and universities take targeted interventions to ensure the healthy development of students'body and mind.
