掀帘·对话·解构——幻想主题分析视域下数字媒介民主中UGC议程设置模式探析

Unveiling·Dialogue·Deconstruction:Analysis on the Setting Mode of UGC Agenda in Digital Media Democracy from the Perspective of Fantasy Theme Analysis

当下UGC(用户生产内容)自下而上的议程设置,带来了中国舆论生态环境的变化。运用幻想主题分析法对UGC议程设置在构建数字媒介民主中的模式进行研究,发现掀帘、对话、解构三大语义视野模式成为UGC议程设置构建数字媒介民主的三大功能模式。UGC议程在网民宣泄社会情绪、为社会减压的同时,也在监督规范政府阳光作业、与政府互动、使政策议程更科学化和民主化、革除陈旧陋习和观念等方面起到推动作用。

The current bottom-up agenda setting of UGC (user-generated content) brings about changes in the ecological environment of China's public opinion. This study uses the fantasy theme analysis method to study the UGC agenda in the construction of digital media democracy. The study found that the three major semantic modes of unveiling,dialogue and deconstruction have become the three functional modes of setting up the digital media democracy in the UGC agenda. While the UGC agenda vents social emotions to reduce social pressure,it also supervises and regulates the government's sunshine operations by interacting with the government,making the policy agenda more scientific and democratic,and removes old customs and concepts.
