超声波提取金线莲总黄酮工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 以金线莲为原料,采用超声波提取金线莲总黄酮,紫外分光光度法测定金线莲总黄酮的含量.在单因素试验中,分别研究了超声温度、超声时间、乙醇体积分数、料液比、超声功率等因素对金线莲总黄酮提取率的影响.在单因素实验的基础上进行正交实验,得出最佳工艺:超声时间45min、超声功率200 W、料液比1:45、超声温度70℃、乙醇体积分数80%.在最佳工艺条件下金线莲总黄酮提取率为13.50%.仿生态金线莲总黄酮含量高于组培金线莲总黄酮含量. With Anoectochilus as raw material,using ultrasound to extract total flavonoids in Anoectochilus, and determined by the method of ultraviolet spectropyotometriy.Single factor and orthogonal experiments were adopted to research how factors such as ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time,ethanol concentration, liquid ratio and ultrasonic power affected the extraction rate of total flavonoids in Anoectochilus. The orthogonal designed experiment was carried out on the basis of a single factor to get the parameters about extracting total flavonoids in Anoectochilus.The best extracting parameters were as follows:ultrasonic time for 45min,ultrasonic power for 200W,material/liquid ratio of 1:45,ultrasonic temperature of 70℃and ethanol concentration of 80%.With the optimization of extracting factors,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 13.50%.Total flavonoids in bionic Anoectochilus is more than total flavonoids in tissue culture Anoectochilus.
