摘要
随着我国制造业、汽车行业的快速发展,对汽车铝合金轮毂铸造技术工艺的应用提出较高要求。特别以往工艺应用下,多采用钢制轮毂,整体性能较差,所以考虑引入安全性、轻便性特征明显的铝合金材料,但如何在铝合金轮毂铸造工艺水平上提高,成为目前需考虑的主要问题。本次研究将对汽车制造业中铝合金轮毂的应用优势分析,明确技术工艺应用基本原理,在此基础上提出汽车铝合金轮毂铸造技术工艺应用具体要求。
With the rapid development of manufacturing industry and automobile industry in China,the application of casting technology for aluminum alloy wheels is required.Especially in the past,most of the wheels were made of steel,and the overall performance was poor.Therefore,the introduction of aluminum alloy materials with obvious safety and portability and how to improve the casting technology level of aluminum alloy wheels has become a major issue to be considered at present.This study will analyze the application advantages of aluminum alloy wheels in automobile manufacturing industry,clarify the basic principle of technology application,and put forward the specific requirements of casting technology for automobile aluminum alloy wheels.
