上饶市汽车产业发展存在的问题和对策

上饶市新能源汽车与传统汽车齐头并进,整车与零部件企业联动发展,汽车产业发展速度快,辐射功能明显,汽车产业全方位发展的格局基本形成。但是,部分企业资质达不到要求,规模小产能低,高端人才短缺,研发创新能力差。对此,必须完善配套措施,加大研发投入,推动产业集聚、产业升级和产城融合发展。

Shangrao new energy vehicles and traditional automobiles go hand in hand,the whole vehicle and spare parts enterprises develop jointly,and the automotive industry develops rapidly with obvious radiation function.The pattern of all-round development of the automotive industry has basically formed.However,there are problems with some enterprises:poor qualifications,low small-scale production capacity,shortage of high-end talents,poor research and development innovation ability.In this regard,we must improve the supporting measures,increase research and development investment,promote industrial agglomeration,industrial upgrading and integration of production and city development.
