摘要 机械工程自动化,是目前机械控制领域中经常采用的控制技术,它的应用大大增加了机械的自动化水平,降低了工人的劳动强度,也提高了机械的运转效率。机械自动化技术的发展和应用,将工业现代化的水平又提升到一个新的高度,机械生产效率得到了极大的提高,对操作人员的要求也不断降低。但在该技术应用的过程中,也涌现出了一些问题,导致技术的优势不能充分发挥,阻碍了我国机械加工行业的进一步发展。为此,我将要在本文中对机械工程自动化技术中存在的问题和解决策略进行探讨,希望对促进我国工业的发展,可以起到促进作用。 Mechanical engineering automation is the current control technology used in the field of mechanical control.Its application greatly increases the automation level of the machine,reduces the labor intensity of the workers,and improves the efficiency of the machine.With the development and application of mechanical automation technology,the level of industrial modernization has been promoted to a new height,the efficiency of mechanical production has been greatly improved,and the requirements for operators are also decreasing.However,in the process of the application of the technology,some problems have emerged,which can not give full play to the advantages of technology,which hinders the further development of our machinery processing industry.To this end,I will discuss the problems and solutions in the mechanical engineering automation technology in this article,and hope to promote the development of China's industry.
