摘要 为满足开港后的通航需求,在船舶交通流调查的基础上,结合洋山港通航环境特征,综合分析洋山港四期大型船舶进出港的通航风险。根据大型船舶的操纵特性和港口泊位特点,建立主航道船舶航行的优先级和进港船舶交通顺序,并通过船舶操纵模拟试验,提出优化出口船与套泊船和延迟开航船舶的交通组织措施和建议。该方案的实施将有助于保障洋山港大型船舶的通航安全,促进洋山港运营效率的提升。 Prepared for the Yangshan Port Phase IV to come into operation,a comprehensive analysis of the navigational risks associated with large vessels entering and leaving the port area is conducted based on the investigation of vessel traffic flow and features of navigational environment.According to the maneuvering ability of large vessels and wharf characteristics,the traffic organization programs are presented,including the navigation priority in main navigation channel and the sequence for the entering ships.Based on the vessel maneuvering simulation results,the traffic organization measures and suggestions for optimizing management among outbound vessels,mooring vessels and delaying vessels are proposed.These measures are to be taken to ensure navigation safety of the large vessels and promote the operating efficiency of Yangshan Port.
