摘要
以某大型船舶进港靠外高桥泊位为研究对象,应用熵权物元模型,对不同时刻船舶进出港的风险动态进行评价,得出船舶进出港航行的动态风险仿真图,从而为相关部门的安全管理工作提供依据。实例证明:船舶进出港航行过程的风险呈现浴盆曲线的规律,初段和末端的作业风险相对较高。基于熵权物元模型可评价船舶的动态风险。
Taking a large vessel entering Waigaoqiao Berth for illustration,dynamic risk analysis is performed with vessels entering and leaving harbor at different time by applying entropy weight matter element model.A dynamic risk simulation diagram is produced to help the safety management.The example shows that the risk of the vessels in the port is higher at both ends and lower in between.
