摘要
滞育是昆虫对环境适应的一种重要的生理特性,研究其机理有助于对有益昆虫的开发利用和对害虫生态调控新途径的探索。RNA干扰是生物体内源基因发生转录后特异性降解的一种生理现象,作为一种强有力的分子生物学技术,已逐渐应用于昆虫功能基因研究以及害虫防治等领域。本文围绕RNAi的作用机理及其对昆虫滞育相关基因的沉默研究展开综述,旨在为进一步研究滞育分子机制提供新思路。
Diapause is an important physiological characteristic for insects to adapt to the unfavorable environment. Researching on diapause mechanism is conducive to the development and utilization of beneficial insects,meanwhile,contributive to exploring new ways for ecological pest management. RNA interference (RNAi) is a physiological phenomenon that endogenous gene occurs specific degradation after transcription. As a powerful molecular technique,RNAi has been gradually employed to study functional genes and control agricultural pests. This review focuses on the mechanisms of RNAi and its applications on silencing diapause-related genes in insects, aiming at providing novel ideas for researching on insect diapause mechanism.
