论哈耶克的社会秩序观及对我国社会建设的启示

On Hayek′s View of Social Order and Its Enlightenment to China′s Social Construction

哈耶克一生极力反对社会主义,捍卫自由主义,这与他对"社会的"概念认识误区密切相关。哈耶克一方面区分了"社会"与"社会的"含义,另一方面,又将"社会的"与"社会主义的"、"极权主义"混为一谈。正确认识他对社会的理解,是认识其社会秩序理论的前提。自由、公正、规则、法治、道德是哈耶克社会观秩序的关键词,运用马克思唯物主义历史观剖析其理论中的合理性与局限性,对我国当下社会建设具有重要的启示意义。

Hayek fought against socialism and defended liberalism in his life,which was closely related to his misunderstanding of the concept of"social".Hayek,on the one hand,distinguishes the meanings of"society"and"social",and on the other hand,confuses"social"with"socialist"and"totalitarianism".A correct understanding of his social concept is the premise of understanding his theory of social order.Freedom,justice,rule,rule of law and morality are the key words of Hayek's concept of social order.The use of Marx's historical materialism in analyzing the rationality and limitations of his theory is enlightening for current social construction in China.
