摘要
在县域中小企业借力电子商务转型升级的过程中遇到诸多问题:缺少知名电商品牌、多数企业开展电商意识不强和重视程度不够、专业人才匮乏。为推动县域中小企业电商发展,论文基于政府角度提出五个方面精准对策:内培外引,多措并举,逐步集聚电商专业人才资源;增强企业意识,不断激发开展电商的内生动力;实施品牌强企战略,重点打造3~5个知名电商品牌;以各县域优势产业为基础,以建设跨境电商产业园为契机,打造本地跨境电商新亮点;实施对乡镇、街道政府部门电商绩效考核,增强其推动电商发展的主动性。
County SMEs utilize e-commerce to transform and upgrade, but there are many problems in the process: lack of well-known e-commerce brands, most companies are not aware of e-commerce and lack of attention, lack of professional talents. To promote the development of e-commerce of county SMEs, the paper proposes five aspects of accurate countermeasures based on the government's perspective: internal training, external measures, multi-measures, and gradually gather the resources of e-commerce professionals; enhance corporate awareness, continue to stimulate the endogenous motivation of e-commerce; implement brand strong enterprise strategy, focus on building 3-5 well-known e-commerce brands; based on the county's advantageous industries, taking the opportunity of building a cross-border e-commerce industrial park to create a new bright spot for local cross-border e-commerce; implement the performance appraisal of e-commerce in township and street government departments, and enhance their initiative to promote e-commerce development.
