2017年12月20日,在北京举行的中央经济工作会议明确提出,打好三大攻坚战是目前全党上下最紧迫的任务。对金融风险的防控是重中之重。金融是国家经济发展的命脉,承担着造血和输血的双重功能,由于金融本身的高风险特质,金融体系里各金融机构息息相关,往往牵一发而动全身,因此,要维护金融体系安全稳定的发展就必须加强金融风险防范意识。本文将系统性金融风险从几大金融主体风险切入,分析成因,并从政府审计的角度,提出关于防范区域性金融风险的几大具体对策和建议。

On December 20, 2017, the Central Economic Work Conference held in Beijing clearly stated that it is the most urgent task for the whole party to fight the three major battles. The prevention and control of financial risks is the top priority. Finance is the lifeblood of the country's economic development. It bears the dual functions of hematopoiesis and blood transfusion. Due to the high-risk nature of finance itself, financial institutions in the financial system are closely related and often take the lead. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the security and stability of the financial system. Development must strengthen the awareness of financial risk prevention. This paper cuts systematic financial risk from several major financial subject risks, analyzes the causes, and puts forward several specific countermeasures and suggestions on preventing regional financial risks from the perspective of government audit.
