摘要
基于对教育部认定的"2011协同创新中心"成员单位科研人员的调查,通过多元回归分析发现,人事管理制度、协同机制、协同伙伴条件、协同伙伴关系对协同创新绩效均具有显著的正向影响;政府支持对人事管理制度、协同机制、协同伙伴条件、协同伙伴关系与协同创新绩效之间的总体影响关系具有显著的正向调节作用.
Based on the questionnaires on the researchers of the member units of"2011 Collaborative Innovation Centers"set up by the Ministry of Education,it made an empirical study with multiple regression analysis method. The results show that personnel management system,coordination mechanism,cooperative partners condition and cooperative partnerships relationship all have significantly positive impacts on collaborative innovation performance of universities.Governmental support plays a significantly positive moderation role on the relationships among personnel management system,collaborative mechanisms,partners condition,cooperative partnerships relationship and collaborative innovation performance of universities.
