国际图联《全球愿景报告》解读与启示

Interpretation of IFLA's Global Vision

2018年8月,国际图联(IFLA)发布了题为"我们的愿景,我们的未来:一个强大、联合的图书馆联盟,助力信息互通的文明参与型社会"的《全球愿景报告》。《全球愿景报告》通过调查全球图书馆对"图书馆的核心价值是什么"等六大核心问题的回应,提出了当前图书馆发展的十大亮点和十大机遇。文章通过解读《全球愿影报告》,认为当前我国图书馆的转型发展要承担社会责任、推进全面合作、加强宣传工作,要做到善于把握趋势、发现问题、捕捉机遇;同时能够勇于面对变化,及时调整思路,尽快适应和有效应对变化。

In August 2018,IFLA issued a Global Vision report entitled "A strong and united library field powering literate,informed and participative societies".Through investigation of answers of all libraries in the world to six key questions such as "What is the core value of library?" the report put forward10highlights and10developing opportunities for libraries at present.The paper interpreted the report and believes that libraries in our country should shoulder social responsibility,promote cooperation and improve publicity.At the same time,we should be good at grasping the trend and capturing opportunities so as to adapt to the changes.
