群团工作视阈下新媒体从业人员服务及引导对策——基于辽宁省的数据分析

The Measures of Servicing and Guiding the New media Practitioners under the Mass Organizations Work Horizon——Based on the Analysis Data of Liaoning Province

新媒体的强劲发展趋势吸引了大量新媒体从业人员,对辽宁新媒体从业人员群体的调查结果发现,他们具有收入偏低、职业稳定性低、业余生活较枯燥、社会参与意识浓厚等特征。群团改革背景下,结合新媒体从业人员群体对群团组织的新期待和新需求,对新媒体从业人员的服务引导可从五个方面着手:一是加强对新媒体从业人员的思想政治教育引导;二是大力推动新媒体行业团建;三是为新媒体从业青年群体提供学习和阅读资源;四是丰富新媒体从业人员群体的社交生活,开展心理咨询服务;五是推动新媒体行业团属社会组织建设。

A strong development trend of new media attracts a large number of new media practitioners,for the results of a survey of Liaoning new media practitioners founds that the new media practitioners have low income,low industry stability,dull amateur life,strong sense of social participation.Under the background of mass organizations reform,combining with new media practitioners’new expectations,we can serve and guide the new media practitioners from five aspects:the first one is to strengthen the ideological and political education of new media practitioners;the second one is to promote the new media industry’s party building vigorously;the third one is to provide learning and reading resources;the fourth one is to rich community's social life of the new media practitioners,and carry out psychological counseling services;the fifth one is to promote the construction of social organizations which belongs to the Communist Youth League of the new media industry group.
