摘要 火力发电过程中,需要对运行中的锅炉状况时刻关注并对燃烧状况及时调整,以提高锅炉运行的可靠性与经济性。某电厂对600 MW机组锅炉进行了燃烧调整实验,结果表明:在深度调峰工况下,B侧省煤器出口的氧量表显示值比实测值高0.8%~1.2%;C磨煤机出口粉管风速偏差较大,其余磨煤机出口粉管风速偏差基本在±5%范围内;中间粉管的煤粉细度最大,说明磨煤机分离器出口分配效果很差。最后,据此实验结果提出了相应的调整建议。 It is necessary to pay attention to the operationcondition of the boilerand to adjust the combustion condition during the thermal power generationin time for improving the reliability and economyof the boiler.The combustion adjustment experiment of a 600MW unit boiler had been carried out in a power plant.The results show that the value of the oxygen meter at the outlet of the economizer on the B side was 0.8%-1.2% higher than the measured valuein the condition of deep peak shaving,the deviation of the wind speed of the powder tube at the outlet of C coal mill was larger,and the deviation of the wind speed of the other pulverized tube at the outlet of the mill basically meet the requirement of ±5% deviation.The fineness of pulverized coal in intermediate tube reached maximum meant that the distribution effect of the outlet of the mill separator was very poor.According to the analysis of the experimental results,the relevant optimization suggestions were put forward.
