Experimental study on heat dissipation of molten salt heat storage tank

摘要 熔盐储热罐是储热系统中的重要设备,对熔盐储热罐内熔盐温度的监测,掌握熔盐温度随时间的变化规律是储热技术的关键工作。通过利用熔盐储热实验平台,连续记录了30 d熔盐在自然冷却条件下,温度随时间变化的数据,经过统计分析,获取了储热罐内熔盐的温降规律和影响温降的主要因素,为后续对熔盐储热罐的研究提供一些借鉴。 Heat storage technology is widely used in solar thermal power generation and wind power generation,in which the solar thermal power generation is easy to combine with the heat storage system,and through the heat storage system,the power station can be output smoothly,which is the development focus at home and abroad.Molten salt storage tank is an important equipment in the thermal storage system,through monitoring molten salt temperature in molten salt storage tank,mastering the change rule of molten salt temperature with time in molten salt tank is the key work of heat storage technology,according to CLP investment in northeast Energy-saving Technology Co.,Ltd.molten Salt heat storage experimental platform,continuous record30days molten salt under natural cooling conditions,According to the data of temperature change,the temperature drop law of molten salt in the heat storage tank and the influence factors of molten salt temperature drop in the heat storage tank were obtained by statistical analysis.It provides some valuable experience for the subsequent research on molten salt heat storage tank.
