摘要
动态防御策略是电力系统抑制频率下降、维持系统频率稳定的有效方法,蚁群算法所具有的分布式组织模型为解决复杂组合优化问题提供了很好的思路。分析了在同时考虑负荷重要性及区域负荷对频率的灵敏性等因素的情况下,以切负荷量最小及系统频率偏移最小为目标函数,建立频率动态防御策略优化模型,并运用蚁群算法求取最优故障频率防御策略。最后,以东北电网为例进行建模和仿真分析,验证了所提出的低频减载优化方法的有效性和正确性。
Dynamic defense strategy is an effective method to in hibit the decline of power system frequency and maintain the system frequency stability.The distributed organization model in the ant colony algorithm provides a good idea for solving complex combinatorial optimization problem.In this paper,the dynamic frequency defense strategy optimization model is established in which the minimum cutting load and the minimum system frequency deviation were chosen as the objective functions when the importance of load and the sensitivity of regional load to frequency are considered at the same time.And then the optimal failure frequency defense strategy was calculated with the ant colony algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed low-frequency load reduction optimization method were verified by take Liaoning power grid as an example for modeling and simulation analysis.
