药品仓库智能监控系统的研究

Research of Intelligent Drug Warehouse Monitoring System

针对药品保存等问题,研究并设计了一个药品仓库智能监控系统。该系统以单片机为控制核心,通过高精度温湿度传感器实现温湿度的采集,利用RS-485模块和GSM模块,把监控信息实时传送到控制中心和管理员的手机中,控制中心和管理员也可实时控制仓库温湿度,从而大大提高了监控系统的智能化。该系统还安装了烟雾传感器和红外探测器,实现了防火和防盗的功能。经过反复测试,该系统具有很好的实用性。

Aiming at the problems of drug preservation,a kind of intelligent drug warehouse monitoring system was studied and designed in this paper.Based on single chip microcomputer as control core,the system can realize the temperature and humidity data acquisition through high precision temperature and humidity sensor,and the message transmission of control information by RS485module and GSM module.The control center and administrator also control the temperature and humidity of drug warehouse in real time.It greatly improves the intelligence of this monitoring system.This system also has the smoke sensor and the infrared detector installed to realize the functions of theft proof and fireproof.Plenty of tests show that the system is very practical.
