转型高校学生实践能力培养路径探研

Research on the Way of Cultivating Students' Practical Ability in Transforming Universities

高校转型是高等教育教学改革的深入探索,是促进我国经济发展的需要,各转型高校都积极思考,努力尝试,成效显著.本文从高校转型的基本现状入手,结合转型高校的具体实际情况,提出学生创新实践能力培养要具体问题、具体分析,有针对性地设计人才培养方案,教师和学生的教和学都要与时俱进,突出学校和企业的深层次合作,期待对高校转型工作的全面开展有一定的指导和借鉴作用.

The transformation of colleges and universities is an in-depth exploration of higher education teaching reform and the need to promote the economic development of our country.All transforming colleges and universities are actively thinking,trying hard and achieving remarkable results.Starting from the basic situation of university transformation and combining with the actual situation of transformed universities,this paper puts forward that the cultivation of students’innovative and practical abilities needs specific problems,concrete analysis,targeted design of personnel training programs,teachers and students should keep pace with the times in teaching and learning,highlight the deep-seated cooperation between schools and enterprises,and look forward to giving some guidance to the overall development of university transformation work.And use for reference.
