摘要
主要论述了个旧某锡铜多金属硫化矿选厂泥矿选别采用浮选工艺直接从细粒级回收锡的生产实践情况,泥矿含锡0. 520%,经细粒锡石浮选后,可获得锡精矿品位10. 81%,对原矿的回收率为5. 19%的良好指标,采用浮选法回收锡,品位较全重选法提高6. 60个百分点,对原矿回收率提高3. 42个百分点,工程投产后,为企业带来了较好的经济效益。
The flotation process is adopted for mineral processing of one tin-copper polymetallic sulphide ore in Gejiu,the production practice situation of tin direct recovery from the fine particle grade ore is mainly discussed;the tin content in ore is 0. 520%,after the flotation of the fine particle grade ore,the good targets that 10.81% grade tin concentrate and 5.19% recovery rate of raw ore can be obtained;By using of flotation method for tin recovery,the grade can be increased by 6.60% comparing to the grade by gravity separation method,the recovery rate of raw ore can be increased by 3. 42%,the enterprise has the better economic benefit after the project put into production.
