摘要
分析了电解铝行业烟气特点,对比了几种脱硫技术的优缺点,并根据双氧水脱硫在铜冶炼和铅锌冶炼行业的应用实例和技术优势,提出了双氧水脱硫处理电解烟气并用铝灰制备硫酸铝的综合利用技术。
The comprehensive utilization technology of hydrogen peroxide desulfuration for treatment of electrolysis exhaust gas, and aluminum sulfate preparation by aluminum ash is proposed through the following items,analysis on the characteristics of exhaust gas of electrolytic aluminum industry,comparison on the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of desulfuration technologies,and according to the application examples and technical advantages of hydrogen peroxide desulfuration in copper and lead smelting industry.
